Delete your account

CRUZA (the “App”) is published by Sherar Genius, LLC d/b/a Crosslingual Editions. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, either from within the App or by requesting it here.

Delete in the App (instant)

Open the App and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and your synced progress immediately, and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the App, email us at sherargenius@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my CRUZA account.” We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your account and any linked email address.
• Your synced learning data: solved puzzles, in-progress answers, vocabulary review schedule, starred words, daily streak, and settings.

This removal is permanent and cannot be undone. We retain no copy of your account data after deletion, except where a limited record is required by law. Anonymous, non-identifying records may remain where they cannot be associated with you.
